In The House® (ITH®) was founded in 2011 with the mission of helping legal departments establish best practices through research, surveys and benchmarking studies, and empowering individual in-house counsel and legal departments to succeed through business networking, education and thought leadership.

Since its founding, In The House® has grown its social media membership community to tens of thousands of in-house counsel and has conducted numerous ground-breaking sponsored and unsponsored surveys and white papers on such important topics as the role of in-house lawyers in addressing cybersecurity issues, preventing and responding to allegations of executive misconduct in the wake of the #MeToo movement, the challenge of managing and reducing spending on outside counsel, managing litigation risk and much more.

Through In The House® online and in-person events, as well as social media outlets, In The House® provides in-house legal professionals with a wealth of information regarding employment, recruitment, careers, personal issues related to careers and work life, job resources, job listings and online professional profiles. Over the years, In The House® has hosted and co-hosted hundreds of business networking events, and commercial exhibitions highlighting various products and services available to help legal organizations and professionals succeed.
